TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- We excavate 200m and lay 100m of lean mix concrete as a base to minimise the chance of sinking.
- We set free edges on a firm concrete base to stop the blocks from working loose and being pushed out on the edges.
- We add, pack down and level 50mm of sand, which acts as a shock absorber.
- We lay our blocks only once we are satisfied that the foundations are completely even.
- We brush fine kiln-dried sand between blocks for added stability and compact again.
